1.5" Nose Rubber Lo-Disc Design Stair Tread Products

Recommended Uses:

• Improve appearance
• Add safety and durability
• Excellent for lighter traffic stairways
• Reduce traffic noise on stairways in clubs, apartments, churches, motels, stores, institutions, medical offices, bowling lanes and factories

Features:

• 1.5 inch Square Nose available in 27 colors
  • Adjustable 1.5 inch Curved Nose available only in Gray, Walnut, Mahogany, 40 Black, Birch, 80 Pl Black, 85 Beige and 66 Slate (Part GS800/2180-3 only)
  • ATTN: If precise color matching is critical, contact us first for a sample
• Available with two 3/4" wide, long wearing mineral coated Grit Strips recessed the full length of the tread at impact area (Part GS800/2180-3 only)
  • Design surface with Grit Strips offer added safety and longer wear
• Available with a 2" wide, long wearing mineral coated Grit Strip recessed the full length of the tread at impact area for the Visually Impaired (Part GS800VI/2180-4 only)
• Round disc design in a lighter gauge stair tread
• Lo-Disc Stair Treads have tapered 3/4" discs, raised .025"; are easier to keep clean
• An economical, attractive long wearing resilient rubber stair tread with added weight at the front edge
• All treads have color through entire thickness
• Meets Federal Specs. RR-T-650E and ZZ-T-001237(GSA-FSS).
• Install with Neoprene Contact Adhesive or Rubber Flooring Adhesive
• Use Epoxy Nose Caulk for longer wear and added safety

Specifications:

• 3/16" thick, tapering to back edge, 12-1/4" deep
• Standard Lengths Available: 36", 42", 48", 54", 60", 72"
• Available with two black 3/4" wide abrasive Grit Strips inlaid in tread, 1" from front edge (Part GS800/2180-3 only)
• Available with a black 2" wide abrasive Grit Strip inlaid in tread, 1" from front edge for the Visually Impaired (Part GS800VI/2180-4 only)
• Treads shall have a 1-1/2" square nose
  • 1.5inch adjustable Square or Curved Nose available on Part GS800/2180-3 only
• A Flame Spread Rating of 75 or less using ASTM-E-84 Test
• A sanded back to assure proper adhesion
• Contains no asbestos fiber
• Molded of top quality homogeneous rubber compound, color extending throughout thickness
• Free from objectionable odors, blisters, cracks or imperfections which might impair serviceability

Recommended Uses:

• Ideal for entryways, hallways, lobbies, elevators, ramps, concession stands, around box offices or vending machines
• Lo-Disc design tile matches #800 Lo-Disc treads, for use on landings

Features:

• 3/4" diameter discs raised .025"
  • Safer surface for pedestrians than smooth floors
• Economical 1/8" gauge long-wearing resilient rubber meets Federal Specs. SS-T-312B
• Circular discs allow easy cleaning
• Wheeled items comfortably move across tile
• Available in 27 colors

Specifications:

• 1/8" thick 24" x 24" factory cut tile
• Approximate weight 3.5 lbs
• Tile shall have a continuous field pattern of 3/4" diameter discs
• Sanded back
• Contains no asbestos fiber
